Non-laminating Inkjet Instant PET Sheet

Inkjet instant PET sheet materials is used for making

PET ID Card, Band card and so on. It is an

environmental material which has stronger hardness,

more wearproof than PVC material. And the other

features are fine image,text printing,perfect colour

reversion,anti-rubed,excellent laminated,Agglutination

UV protection.

Producing procedure:
1)Mirror-print the image on the printing material,dry

the ink completely (5-10minutes)
2)Remove the protection film on the middle material,put

the printed material right on both sides of the middle

material, then pass the laminator (Temperature around

150-180 C)
3)Cut the laminated sheet into standard card,remove the

protection film from the surface of the card.
